But the good news is, with a little effort we can actually prepare some healthy eating option filled with goodness and a sight to bring some glitters in your eyes. Smoothies are a great way to pack a ton of vitamins, antioxidants, and nutrition into a lunch. Oh yeah, and they taste HEAVENLY!

So, to start a soulful food regime at work, packed with health and happiness follow these recipes:

Chocolate Cookie Dough Smoothie
2 frozen bananas
1/2 scoop of Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder or carob powder
1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
1 tablespoon mesquite powder
2 cubes of ice
3 drops of stevia optional
dash of cinnamon
1 cup of almond milk or any vegan milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
